Hyde Park is a joint venture between Bouwfonds Property Development and Snippe Projecten B.V.
Two experienced and renowned developers who work together on one of the biggest area developments in the Benelux.
Both parties have a 50% share in Hyde Park.

Snippe Projecten has the necessary experience with large-scale area developments. For example, the company in Diemen is the initiator of Holland Park. In less than 8 years, an attractive neighbourhood with 2,300 homes has been realized here. Snippe is also working on several large housing projects in Purmerend.

BPD is the largest area developer in the Netherlands and Germany. The company operates from more than twenty offices in these countries. Since its foundation in 1946, then still under the name of Bouwspaarkas Drentsche Gemeenten, BPD has made it possible to build more than 356,000 homes. Today, more than one million people live in residential areas with the clear stamp of BPD. In 2019, the company founded BPD Woningfonds, a fund consisting entirely of sustainable, affordable, new-built rental housing for middle-income households in the Netherlands.
